Chhattisgarh Moist Attack.
Lying on a bed on Sunday morning at the Bijapur district hospital, a shrapnel injury on his leg and a shallow gun wound on his arm, the Chhattisgarh Police jawan can’t stop going over the events of the previous day in his mind. He has now come to an overwhelming conclusion: he and his colleagues had walked into a trap laid out by the Maoists.
“We didn’t find anything when we reached the spot we were asked to reach. Once we started returning, they ambushed us. There were so many of them, so suddenly… it had to be planned,” he said.
The dead include personnel from (CPRF), its elite unit CoBRA and the District Reserve Guard, the officials said. It was not clear how many were from which unit.
Weapons.
Maoists used light machine guns (LMGs), under-barrel grenade launchers (UBGL) and "Desi Rockets" in a deadly attack on a security team in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur, according to top CPRF officials.
Amit Shah cut short his visit to Assam to return Delhi. He said the search operation is still on after the encounter in Sukma on Saturday.
How Did The Encounter Start?
Separate teams of security forces launched a massive anti-Naxal operation in South Bastar forests. According to reports, the security forces were getting tip-offs about "Madvi Hidma", a top Naxal leader linked with 2013 jhiram Ghati killings, in which over 30 people, including senior leader of Chhattisgarh Congress were killed. Here is a pic of Hidmi Naxal.
Conclusion.
So what is Maoism? It is a set of rules and regulations that are being prepared by "Mao Tse Tung". He was the person to start Mao policy in China and it entered in India too. Well India can stop these kinds to attacks by the help of Indian Army but India never involved Army in the internal matters of the country unlike China, Myanmar etc. Also the propaganda of Maoism in India is decreasing year by year and mostly present in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Orrisa. But we lost 22 jawans which is very sad though. I hope the people of India don't get involve in these group of people because they will neither bring any change (as they claim) nor ordinary people will be benifited from this.
